Mr. Shimada serves as managing director of the Media Business Development Office at GLOBIS Corporation. Previously, he worked at a strategic management consulting firm, where he specialized in industry and company analysis for the planning and implementation of business strategies.
Since joining GLOBIS, he has been in charge of publishing, content development, and licensing. He is the author of Hypothesis-Based Business Thinking and co-author of several publications, including MBA Management Book, MBA Accounting, and Venture Management Revolution. As a lecturer, he teaches courses in quantitative analysis, management strategy, marketing, and business creation. He also serves as facilitator for corporate training and action learning at GLOBIS University.
He graduated from the University of Tokyo with a masters of science.
