Mr. Kirk began his career as a professional cook in some of Philadelphia's top restaurants before making a career shift to pursue his passion for writing and editing in Tokyo, Japan. He has worked as a content marketer and editor in Tokyo's startup scene, as well as a contributing writer for The Japan Times Food and Culture pages.
He joined GLOBIS Corporation in 2021 and is currently an editor of GLOBIS Insights.
He holds a BA in communication studies with a focus in journalism from Temple University, Japan Campus.
