Mr. Wakasugi is faculty and director of MBA programs at GLOBIS University. He has significant expertise in leadership development and organizational change. Previously, he worked at management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, helping companies develop strategies and lead change. His current research topics are empowering leadership, self-compassion, and mindfulness. He also serves as non-executive director at Prored Partners CO., LTD., and director at Japan Positive Psychology Association.

He earned his MBA from London Business School and has a masters in engineering from the University of Tokyo. He is a certified yoga instructor.
