Mr. Neo Say Bin is an avid technologist who began his career as a web developer for a Singapore tech start-up. Since then, he has worked with military tank management systems for ST Electronics, designed desktop and web applications for Lucasfilm, and managed global marketing and product teams in a Japanese tech start-up
Currently, Steven is a global program manager with Microsoft, where one of his key missions is to strategize and execute technical engagements for meaningful business impact around the world.
