Mr. Flanagan is a marketing and sales professional with over twenty years' experience in Japan. His career highlights include launching J:COM and running marketing operations at 20th Century Fox, the iTunes division of Apple, Dyson, and the fashion category for Amazon. Currently, he is a general manager for A+E Networks Japan.

He graduated Colorado College with a BA in political economy, which included a year at Waseda University in Tokyo. Mr. Flanagan later attended INSEAD, graduating from the business school's International Executive Program.

At GLOBIS University, Mr. Flanagan teaches Marketing, Business Presentation, and Internet Business Strategy.
