As an independent change agent and accredited member of the Finnish Association of Architects (SAFA), Dr. Stenros has led technology and design projects at Kone Corporation, Hong Kong Design Centre, and the Design Forum Finland. She has overseen global design leadership, business transformation, cognitive architecture, research, and strategy projects throughout Europe, Asia, and North America. She has also consulted on numerous Japan-based projects, including consultations with Japanese organizations to enhance their presence and influence within European markets.

Dr. Stenros holds a doctorate in technology from the Helsinki University of Technology.
