Over her 25-year career, Dr. Rosich has built high-performing global teams for some of the world's leading organizations, including Bertelsmann, Amex, Samsung, Docomo, Visa, and Standard Chartered. She has served on various advisory boards, including the Data Literacy Project, as a UN Development Program Fintech mentor, Ambassador for the UN Women STEM program, and board member of the United Nations Association of Singapore. She currently works as a CDO, leading strategic digital transformation journeys for organizations looking to leverage data to drive value and impact.

Originally from Barcelona, she has enjoyed a global career that has brought her to various locales, including New York, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Singapore for the past 15 years.

Additionally, she is an adjunct professor teaching Data Strategy and Sustainability at GLOBIS University. In addition to data, she is passionate about mentoring women to build the next generation of tech leaders, supporting inclusive leadership, and promoting data literacy initiatives.

She has an MBA from the London Business School, a PhD Summa cum Laude in Tech Strategy from the University of Barcelona, and a Doctor Europeus Honorific Mention. She has been recognized as one of the "100 Women in Tech" and "30 People Who Are Changing The World" by the London Business Review, as well as "Most promising Female Developer" and a "LinkedIn Top Voice."
