G1 Global Conference

Sept 18, 2017

Many people—even Japanese—do not know that the world sees Japan as the world’s most creative country. But how can creativity be harnessed into sustainable business? One answer might be design thinking, perhaps key for Japan, and a hint for the rest of the world. The “founder” of design thinking, Tom Kelley of IDEO, joins Seiichi Saito, Director of Rhizomatiks, one of Japan’s most innovative design firms, and two other panelists in a discussion of how design thinking can be a way to creatively evolve through our volatile world, the theme for the closing session of the G1 Global Conference.

-Seiichi Saito, Creative & Technical Director, Rhizomatiks
-Chiaki Hayashi, Co-founder, Loftwork Inc.
-Tom Kelley, Partner, IDEO
-Tak Umezawa, Japan Chairman and Partner, A.T. Kearney
-Moderator: Jesper Koll, CEO, Wisdom Tree Japan KK
