Ms. Casanova became the CEO and president of McDonald's Holdings Company (Japan), Ltd. in March 2014 after having served as the CEO of McDonald's Company (Japan) Ltd. since August 2013. She joined McDonald's Canada in 1991 after obtaining her MBA from McMaster University. With a background in marketing, she has worked for McDonald's in various other countries, including Russia, Turkey, and Malaysia.
