Mr. Leboutet currently advises on governance, risks and controls. He develops professionals and sits on the advisory board of private equity investors. Previously, he was head of audit for Asia-Pacific with Lehman Brothers. He has spent twenty years in Asia serving in senior roles, managing large teams, and monitoring risks on complex derivatives. Between 2000 and 2004, he was in charge of international strategy at Societe Generale, assessing acquisitions and divestitures on behalf of the chairman, in particular in North America.

Mr. Leboutet started his career in banking as inspection generale of the same firm. He has worked as a cost analyst for EDF, the French national electric power company.

He received a MSc. with honors from HEC, Paris, majoring in finance, economics and is a certified internal auditor. He has also participated in executive programs, including an investment banking program at Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.
