Based in Tokyo, Mr. Wagner has been a trainer/coach for 25 years and conducted over 4,000 business communication seminars in Japan, Asia-Pacific, North America, and the Middle East for over 390 companies and organizations.

Over the past eleven years, he has focused on media management training and conducted more than 2,000 sessions for organizations such as Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs, Hartford Insurance, HSBC, and the Prime Minister's office in Japan. In 2011, he worked with 42 corporate clients, including 32 large, global firms.

Mr. Wagner received a master’s degree from the Monterey Institute of International Policy Studies in California, where he specialized in Japan’s economic and political system.
