Ms. Gopal, CFA, founded Third Arrow Strategies and the Third Arrow Strategies Japan Board Diversity Network after spending over fifteen years in finance, transactions, and corporate governance with EY, GCA, and ISS. She is dedicated to taking action for real change in Japan, a country in which she has had a lifelong interest. She supports companies, investors, and individual women aligned with improving board diversity and board excellence.

She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Japan Society of Northern California (JSNC).

Ms. Gopal received her MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business, and her BA from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, Phi Beta Kappa. She is a frequent public speaker in both English and Japanese on topics related to corporate governance.
