Ms. Consoli is the creator of The Pink Cow, a venue and community for food and beverage and international events. With a BA in art studio and religious studies from The University of California Santa Barbara, she brings an artist's vision to The Pink Cow.
After over twenty years in Japan, she continues to keep abreast of food and style trends in both Japan and her native California. With an understanding of both places and a great love of food, drink, and people, she has brought The Pink Cow's unique flavor to Tokyo. Now she has over twelve years of restaurant industry experience and is enthusiastically working to expand The Pink Cow concept to the mainstream market.
