Mr. Tsutsumi currently works as a lecturer of service management and critical thinking at GLOBIS University. He's been passionately teaching for more than 15 years. His research interest include critical thinking, educational engineering, service capability, and customer engagement.
Prior to lecturing at GLOBIS, he worked at Eli Lilly Japan as Human Resource Business Partner for the Diabetes Business Unit, at GLOBIS as an organization development consultant, and at Tokio Marine Fire Insurance as a claims expert.
