Mr. Saito has over thirty years of operations and management experience. After joining Fuji Bank and working for a strategy and marketing consulting joint venture with Citibank of New York, he moved to a specialty audio equipment manufacturer in Japan, where he served as board director and CFO. Relocating to the United States after receiving his MBA, he joined a San Diego-based venture firm in the field of mobile telecommunications, set up its Japan subsidiary, and later became its president and representative director. He later joined MTI Ltd. and helped the company grow into one of the largest providers of mobile contents in Japan.

Mr. Saito now develops and teaches financial MBA courses at GLOBIS University and its corporate education programs.
