After working for a major bank where he was involved in derivatives and risk management, as well as promoting business tie-ups, Mr. Hirose joined an American strategy consulting firm. There, he drafted company-wide strategies for departments of major financial institutions and business corporations. He also supported tie-up strategies and was involved in various M&A projects. Later, he became an executive of two major corporations before joining GLOBIS full-time.

He was appointed dean of GLOBIS University in the spring of 2021.
