With over twenty years of experience in banking, Mr. Enriquez is vice president and region head for Mindanao of Philippine National Bank, supervising 92 branches and more than 800 personnel. He has overseen diverse areas across the industry and built a solid track record in initiating growth of branch banking units through teamwork and communication.

He left Allied Bank in 2010 to pursue his MBA at GLOBIS University, where he received the Academic Achievement Award and International Leader Scholarship. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in intercultural management from the Japan-America Institute of Management Science in Honolulu, Hawaii.

In September 2018, he was appointed deputy managing director of Philippine National Bank Japan.
