Ms. Paccial is a marketing manager with experience in diverse industries such as telecommunications, energy, and media. She spent most of her early career at Globe Communications, a leading telecommunications company in the Philippines, where she launched international products in partnership with other global companies. She also successfully performed 360-degree marketing for the re-positioning and re-branding of the company's home internet brand. Later, she worked on business expansion projects of one of the world's largest geothermal producers and energy development corporations.

She completed her MBA at GLOBIS University in 2015.
