Mr. Rosenblatt has nearly fifteen years of experience living and working in Japan. He is currently the president of Eclipse Learning Corporation, a company that provides marketing and managerial consulting services to large and small companies, including new ventures. He has founded several companies in both Japan and the United States, and also has experience as a consultant at the management consulting company LEK. LEK focuses on market entry strategies. He has also worked in strategy at Deutsche Bank and lectures frequently on entrepreneurship and marketing at the University of Tokyo.

Mr. Rosenblatt holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management of Management at Northwestern University and an MPA from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
