Mr. Kawarada has over ten years of experience as a professional quality specialist of software development at MoneyForward and bitFlyer in Japan. He joined GLOBIS Corporation at the end of 2019, where he is currently QA Brain and Lead Quality Strategist. Since 2017, he has spoken at international quality conferences and translated articles on modern testing, agile testing, and innovations in software quality.

He is a co-translator of A Practical Guide to Testing in DevOps, released in 2021, and LEADING QUALITY, scheduled for publication in 2022.

He is currently studying in for his MBA at GLOBIS University with the hope of connecting the knowledge of his professional experience to quality control and quality culture (what he calls "QC2QC").
