Ms. Hayashi received her MBA from the University of Tsukuba's Graduate School of Business Sciences. After working with semiconductor and mobile phone development at OEM and Motorola, she joined the Boston Consulting Group. As a human resources leader, she had a wide range of responsibilities, including recruitment, professional development, and retention program development. She was also a member of the Women's Initiatives Committee.

At GLOBIS, as director of HR, she took charge of human resource and organizational training. She also lectures at the GLOBIS Graduate School of Management and provides corporate training, focusing on areas such as leadership, HR management, diversity management, career development, and power and influence. She has co-authored several books, including GLOBIS MBA Leadership and Career Learning from Female Professionals.
