Prior to coming to Japan, Ms. Vinluan worked as a managing editor for Summit Media, the Philippines' leading publisher and license-holder of such international titles as Esquire, Entrepreneur, Elle Decor, and Martha Stewart Weddings. She also worked in commercial real estate business development with Megaworld Lifestyle Malls. She writes for All About Japan, does projects for Indigo Blue and other consulting-training groups, and shares her passion for food and culture by running the Philippine Roving Restaurant in Tokyo.

She holds an MBA from GLOBIS University.
