Mr. Shell is an organization culture consultant and team leadership coach who has been supporting teams, leaders, and organizations since 1999. As the founder of Global Leadership Partners Asia and the Global Leadership Community, he successfully created a leadership coaching eco-system across Asia.

With over 1,500 hours of experience coaching teams and team leaders, Mr. Shell is a faculty member of the Global Team Coaching Institute and has a Senior Practitioner EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA), as well as a Senior Practitioner Individual Team Coaching Accreditation (ITCA).

Mr. Shell supports small and medium-sized companies to create learning cultures. His interest in developing human potential is rooted in a powerful life-long commitment to learning and human evolution. He guides individuals and teams to clarify vision, enhance self-awareness, think systemically, and develop accountability structures that lead to measurably improved business results and organizational excellence.
