Prior to joining GLOBIS in 2019, Ms. Tanaka worked as an IT consultant at a Japanese consulting firm for six years. She is now a senior consultant for GLOBIS Corporate Education. Her work involves consulting on human resource development and tailoring training courses for corporate clients in industries ranging from oil to IT to retail.

She graduated from Waseda University with a masters of art and international relations in 2011. Later, in 2019, she received her MBA from William & Mary in Virginia.
