Mr. Matsubayashi worked in international trade and sales at a chemical agent manufacturer before completing his MBA at the University of Michigan. After this, he joined Johnson Professional, where he was in charge of development of mid- and long-term corporate strategy, as well as coordination of global divisions.

Mr. Matsubayashi now teaches marketing and strategy at GLOBIS. He also provides marketing and strategy advice to municipal government officials, consulting services, and business seminars. Internationally, he works with countries like Cambodia upon the request of local government-related agencies. He is also a USEN personality at Business Book Radio.
