Mr. Hemming has been president and representative director of Bosch Corporation Japan since April 2012, after directing the sales activities as executive vice president when coming to Japan in 2010. Trained as a mechanical engineer, he has over twenty-eight years of experience at Bosch, including as executive vice president in the Chassis System and Energy and Body Systems divisions. His previous positions also include vice president for sales and marketing and general manager within sales, marketing and application engineering ABS/ESP in the chassis system division. From 1992-1995 he was president of Bosch Korea, directing all related business activities.

Mr. Hemming graduated from Stuttgart University and started his professional career at Mercedes Benz Germany. He gained his MBA at the Business Administration Academy Stuttgart.
