Between the US Navy and General Electric, Mr. Nagatsuka has over twenty years of experience leading and managing successful cross-functional and virtual teams in the Asia-Pacific region. His professional experience includes overseeing quality management systems, conducting pre- and post-due diligence on potential business acquisitions, and implementing a common SAP ERP system within acquired companies. He has also served as an internal quality lead auditor and instructor.

Mr. Nagatsuka holds a BS in oceanography from the US Naval Academy and a masters in criminal justice from Boston University.
