Mr. Unno is the founder and president of Swingby2020 Corporation, which specializes in business process outsourcing to China. He previously worked at Accenture Japan (then Andersen Consulting) as representative director (2001–2002) and board advisor (2003). He is currently developing a global leader training program with an emphasis on total immersion leadership development experiences in China.

He has a BA in economics from Tokyo University.
