Mr. Frost started his career at a digital agency in the UK in early 2000, not long before the dot-com bubble burst. From there, he moved into recruitment and worked for two companies in the marketing and design space before starting his own firm, Cogs, in 2004.

Now with six offices across Europe and Asia, the company specializes in design, marketing, tech, CX, and development.
