Ms. Loose is the director of benefits and Asia-Pacific benefits business development leader for Towers Watson. Prior to joining Towers Watson, she was the APAC global mobility business leader for another consulting firm. She has over seventeen years of HR experience in both consulting and private industries. She led PricewaterhouseCoopers Indochina’s global HR consulting practice in Vietnam and was responsible for PepsiCo Foods International’s European regional compensation and benefits programs based in England.

She has consulted for major multinational companies, as well as non profit organizations covering diverse industries and sectors. In terms of project scope, Ms. Loose had been the project leader for a number of major projects across the Asia-Pacific region, the US, and Europe, covering M&A issues, spin off and restructuring, and design of global and regional mobility policies. She is one of the lead global and regional consultants in global mobility practices.

Ms. Loose was educated in Europe and the US. She has an MBA from Thunderbird with a focus on international finance and banking. She speaks fluent French, English, and Vietnamese and is conversant in Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.
